Uptivita is an AI health intelligence platform founded and developed by Imad Costantini, a healthcare IT executive and CIO with 25+ years of experience in HIPAA-compliant systems, EHR integration, and digital health transformation. Uptivita is currently in active development and operates as a pre-launch platform collecting early-access inquiries.
